Tenth Circuit Decision to Grant En Banc Review in DIDMCA Case

In a new development in the case National Association of Industrial Bankers, et al v. Weiser, et at, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has granted our motion for a full panel rehearing. Briefing will begin in May and conclude in mid-June.
